The Present & Future of Observability & AI
Without a doubt, every organization is confronted with a new tool: AI. There seems to be a consensus that “we will need to do something with AI” to stay competitive & relevant. But how do you approach it? And what challenges & benefits does it create in the world of Observability? And is AI the tool or the goal? Together with my fellow DynaMights Antón Pineiro, Gil Givati, Antonio Sousa, Daniel Stanizzo & Phani Devulapalli and with the help from Agata Wlodarczyk from the Dynatrace Community, I was brainstorming on our current & future vision of Observability & AI.

What is the Dynatrace Community?
The Dynatrace Community is a peer-support forum where users, developers, and Dynatrace product experts connect, ask technical questions, share best practices, and collaborate on observability and security solutions. There is also the option to submit product ideas and improvements. Personally, I love interacting on the community. I like answering questions from other users with my own solution and I use it as a knowledge databank if I want to have quick or hands-on answers. Do you also want an account? Who are the Dynatrace Community DynaMights?
I like to call us the human web crawlers of the community. If you ask a question or submit an idea, odds are high that one of us will give you an answer and support your idea. DynaMights are very active Dynatrace community users, who contribute frequently with questions, answers, ideas and extra content like webinars, blogs or manuals.
